Privacy notice

This notice covers the data you send through the “Request a demo” form on recommenderpro.it, under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

What data and why

Full name, company, email, phone (optional), your answers about your sales channel and purchase history, and the text of your notes. We use them to reply to your request and to prepare the demo. The legal basis is your request, under Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation.

Who receives it

The form goes through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), which forwards it to our mailbox and handles it on our behalf. Transfers to the United States take place using the instruments provided for by the Regulation. We do not sell or pass the data to anyone else.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to reply and to handle the negotiation. If a contract follows, for its duration and for the periods required by law.

Cookies and statistics

This site sets no cookies. With your consent we measure visits with ExeWatch: which pages are read, in which language, which site you arrive from (the domain only, never the full address) and which buttons are used, as counts. The tool also records technical information about the browser and the screen size, and stores a persistent identifier in the device’s localStorage.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation and Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). Without consent the tool does not start, the site works as normal and the only thing we store on your device is your choice, with the date. If you refuse or close the banner with the X we do not ask again for six months; if you accept, we ask again after twelve months. You can change your choice at any time below, or from the “Statistics preferences” link at the bottom of every page: if you withdraw, we also delete the identifier. Measurement data is kept for as long as needed to read the statistics.

ExeWatch processes the data on our behalf, as the measurement service provider.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to professionals@bittime.it. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
